When I applied for a new mortgage to my town house that I bought, I was told before I got a new mortgage license that I needed to give my old mortgage and deed to my husband. (Although the procedures and procedures are complicated, tl; dr. was the fastest way to improve the ratio of debt to assets and transfer old collateral)
Corren made a security prerequisite, recorded it, and recorded the certificate by the deadline date. In a week he did it!

I was very satisfied with this experience and was impressed by Corren's professionalism and his familiarity with the relevant legal fields. The original mortgage was a little different, but he dealt with it frankly without delay. A+ is recommended to those who need a good real estate lawyer.

Corren's experience as I was the General Counsel was very poor. He failed to submit the materials before the hearing and did not even inform me of this deadline. His argument at the hearing was confused and, despite much stronger legal arguments, was not sufficiently prepared. After the ruling, my tenant was supposed to pay me a little fee. I've kept dating Coren many times and refused to reply to phone or email about this issue.

I share this review with others because I do not want to receive the same poor litigation I received as my legal representative. When you spend a lot of money, you should believe that lawyers will do the right thing for you. I'm not satisfied with my experience with Corren.

Colin helped Colin solve the claims...He put up with us surprisingly and took the time to listen and then quickly informed his advice to address the issues that had been raised for years before he got involved. The preparations are professional, but Coren J. Wise could not get my appeal about zoning distribution.  When we lost our appeal, he looked confused and surprised.  Indeed, I did not make enough effort before hiring Corren.  After the first meeting and consultation, we should not be able to present appropriate differences to my work, explain our situation, and after visiting our work, admit the limits of his experience.

I had a great experience with Corren Wise's service.  We needed help approving zoning differences.  He gave a thorough overview of each change he wanted to make to our house at a hearing in our neighborhood.  He submitted all the necessary documents and documents to the local board of directors and also to various organizations in the downtown area.  At a Zoning Committee hearing, he detailed the building plan and the changes he requested.  We were soon approved.  He is a professional of easy character and he has much to do with other lawyers and public servants  It was fun to work with him.  Recommended!

It's a great experience to hire a real estate lawyer, Karen Wise.  He would never have accomplished it unless he did complex foreclosure shopping.  He can see a bit of a plain face, but he was very serious when he looked at the details and came to protect our interests.  I strongly recommend getting him on my side.
