If you wish to receive non-personal legal advice from a discontented lawyer, you will be charged an exorbitant fee to basically fill the blanks in the legal documents available in Staples. Because of this kind of service, my partnership agreement lacked any default clause, so I didn't help in chasing a partner away from the heights. Thanks, Julia!
