I have little experience.
Dennis can speak over the phone. He asked for all the papers on my case.  I never heard from him again after sending them to him.  In a few months I sent multiple emails asking for updates, but he even refused to reply to the email.  I told him that if he didn't want to take up my complaint, it would be okay, but I had to know where I was standing to find another lawyer.  He refused to receive my email.
Needless to say, I found another lawyer, so I don't recommend wasting time talking with Dennis. He will make you think he will never answer you again.

I'm sorry he looked like a nice man, but I didn't hire a lawyer for a good man. In fact, I wanted the other man. After all, he didn't do anything to me, he didn't make the deadline, he didn't reply to emails or US mail, he fired me, and eventually I would lose this case so far in writing and scheduling. Find someone else and deal with your case, this man is never good at work.
