The lawyer is not always available, and when there is a lawyer, you feel that you are wasting his time. The lawyer lacks details and cannot effectively complete the task. For example, there were two witnesses who were willing to testify. The lawyer knew this, but he wanted to speak until we "refreshed" our memories. In addition, he did not know when or where to go to the public hearing when the witness was interviewed. All this follow-up was done by his customers. We also did not know what to expect before hearing. Every time I asked him a relatively simple question, he always seemed to be troubled by them. After the proceedings were over, a very provocative phone call came from the lawyer. At the beginning of the day, we talked on the phone and asked for a job description. Most lawyers have requested a job that they are doing properly to record their working hours. The lawyer said that he would send this information to us by letter. In less than five minutes he returned with an angry voice, saying that we were not thankful for the work he did, and that if he did not, we would have had extreme consequences. His return phone was caught up in a storm of anger and was not very amateur.  We were new to the criminal organization and were entirely dependent on his expertise in the process. It was not until the phone called that we could see all the questions we asked about the process, and he misunderstood that he had doubts about his acting ability at work. His strong tone, attitude and my shock prevented me from answering him on the phone literally. He chose to end our working relationship. From this I think he had not known the time of his work, and this was the way of stopping him from doing what he did not want to do. I will not recommend this lawyer to anyone.  Not very professional, highly sensitive, client-oriented.
