I'm having a hard time finding someone to give me advice on business taxes in Philadelphia.  I found the Joseph Genbara webpage and said he was an expert on the subject.

I was very pleased to call the office and speak with him.  I explained that I was just looking for someone to answer my question, so I started talking to him. But a few minutes later, he got irritated and decided he didn't have time to talk with me.  Suddenly, he hung up saying, "You're lucky."

At least, say, "If you want to discuss more, you have to schedule a consultation."  But he's just an idiot.
