I was a long client of Herbert R, Wyman. After his death, I had to know the situation of the estate. I didn't know Dan Kland at all. It seemed to me that I was a fellow of Herb Wyman. Mr. Wyman served me well for twenty years of hard work. I always keep you informed of the progress of legal matters. Dan Couland was a partner, so I thought I would leave my estate to him.

There were two houses. I took over Mr. Qualand's job, and a month later I continued to work for Mr. Kland. Both needed to record the updated certificate. I live in Maryland. The main reason I wanted my lawyer to handle these real estate transactions is to save time. The trip had to take care of itself. That is why many people eventually hire lawyers.

The first property required more steps to avoid foot work. But I didn't think it would be a 10-month process after all. Ten months after I left Dan Couland with my first property,

Dan Couland, I was giving my retainer's fees to Dan Couland in advance, he sent me an email and the problem became complicated, so I advised him to "leave someone who specializes in this field." He also said he thought that at least some of the money should be left for the work he was trying to do with the property. That was six months ago. & Ten months later, six months later, I started the process. As for this document, I haven't heard anything from Mr. Kland. He had suggested that we should take a portion of the money. I think he decided to keep everything as if he had actually completed the deal I hired. In addition to that, I gave him several hundred dollars to submit.

I ignored his advice on hiring someone who specializes in real estate transactions that I wanted. Instead, I did it myself. It took several months. I had to take a rest from work and return the amp. Maryland goes to Philadelphia, but the actual process itself was not rocket science. I just went to the city hall in Philadelphia and examined the steps required to document the certificate properly. They told me that footstep. I had to pay again the government's application costs I had given to Dan, who followed me. After all, a lawyer who seems to have experienced in a certain field said he could not do it. I don't even have a lawyer.

There were few steps required to record the updated certificate on the second asset. I finished my first week. Dan Couland also did not explain why he could not do this.

Daniel Couland is highly recommended to anyone looking for someone to get your money. do nothing at all
