I was in a very bad situation, I did some real mistakes about real estate, without thinking about the results.  After being prosecuted in the Federal Court, I took a long path, which means hiring a lawyer. This is the first time I've ever appeared in this world. I didn't know the strategy and I didn't know how to produce the best results for me, such as the system and the judgment guidelines. For about three years, I worked with Stephen Ratchen, David Shapiro, their clerical staff, and the children of lawyers. In the meantime (I had received their advice), I never imagined that I would really be asked to be a better person. They did not do this for altruistic reasons, but because the best defense was true, mainly in my plea.  This fact was agreed early, but the way to tell the truth was a subtle process. Because many people operate this system. It is important to think like a judge, think like a prosecutor, and think like a reformed criminal. There was never any nonsense. Rather, our talk was as realistic as possible  The argument is not always going in the direction I want, and it's not always the work I want to do that I want to do, but by the time I was standing in front of the judge, I had someone who wanted them to be comprehensive and something simple. My lawyer made a man out of the words, "The judge will go crazy to send him to prison." My lawyer says he did, but he did. That is the lining of all this magic silver. I don't want to sound ridiculous, but now I've become a good person, a good husband and a good father. If all of these things are necessary for this to happen, I think it's worth it.  The result stands for itself.  I would like to thank Stephen Ratchen, David Shapiro and the team.
