Miguel Leon has earned a bachelor's degree at Temple University, a doctorate of law at Bilanova University, and has been a lawyer for more than 30 years. From 1978 to 1984, he served as vice director of the Philadelphia Small and Medium Business Administration. In this role, the Federal Bankruptcy Court filed a stand-up suit for the agency, held a training session, and gave legal advice to each department within the agency. Since 1984, he has been practicing his own laws and specialized in representing customers with employment problems. He also filed lawsuits at criminal and family courts in Philadelphia and Backus counties and served as an arbitrator of the Court of Common Cases.
