Nick was born and raised in South Jersey outside Philadelphia. He comes from a large family of Italian and German, and has roots in various places. After moving to Philadelphia in 2008, Nick started operations in 2012 and represented SMEs in and around Philadelphia. We hired Nick to set up a second Andy chicken location LLC to help us with a licensing agreement. I'm glad I went pro! I'm also a lawyer, so I said to myself to take a walk in the park, which is really difficult...I found it very difficult. If you want to ensure that your business is protected and limited, you need to do it properly. Don't go to a practitioner, but instead go to someone who is actually a specialist in this type of law. Nick was very familiar with this law and spoke in layman's terms, so he could understand what he was doing, why he was doing it, and overall he was polite and professional. Hopefully we can meet Nick again when we expand!
