Indeed, it was the best decision I have ever made to hire Joseph Rent to talk to his transgender son about the ninth charge at Philadelphia University.  On Wednesday night before the Thanksgiving holiday in 2017, I contacted Rent's lawyer and was delighted to hear that he called me up within 15 minutes of leaving a message in the office.  At first it was difficult to talk about personal and intimate details about the identity of the son, a little uncomfortable, but it disappeared rapidly.  It was clear to me that Mr. Rent was a true expert to answer my questions and to speak with peace while we were discussing this sensitive situation.  He explained the severity of the charge, as I could understand it, and did not mislead me, nor did I in any way show the expectations of false expectations or unrealistic results.  Mr. Rent, when I met my son, was a professional, a positive, patient, honest, honest man, with the work and procedures in Chapter 9.  At the December 2017 hearing, he was prepared to ask the judge questions and guided his son in an unexpected way.  Without Mr. Rent's guidance, I'm sure my son was expelled from college, but he was given a second chance and could continue his studies.   Since the hearing, Mr. Rent has contacted us many times and never appealed to the Ninth Bureau of the University, but he also appealed to us to see what we are all doing.  I was very impressed by his professionalism, especially his consideration for his son.  There are really not enough words to express gratitude and appreciation for all the Joseph Rent did to us.
