James J. McEldrow, III, Eric L. Young, launched McEldoru Young and joined the army to better represent future whistle-setting and personal-damaged customers in litigation. Jim McEldo has been a lawyer for 30 years and has helped his clients recover more than $100 million in damages in compensation for their injuries. The McEldoulau Law was a representative of individuals and families on catastrophic injuries, including rail lawsuits, medical malpractice and serious car accidents. Eric Young is a nationally famous employment lawyer. He was a whistleblower and represented the first person to receive the mandatory IRS whistleblower award. He also succeeded in representing many whistleblowers in large and small lawsuits of false claim laws.
