Allan was a great worker who expressed us as a real estate lawyer.  From the moment he found him at Yelp, his reaction immediately returned.  Overall, Alan responds quickly, thoroughly and patient.  Whether you're on the phone or by email, it's easy to get the questions you need to answer in a timely manner.

Through the complete process, he was able to contact us.  We had made a circle of him along with the real estate agent in the process, so every time we talked with him he had already had the latest information on the material.  In the end, he showed us each of the contracts.  It was very helpful to have all the legal and complex terms translated into plain English!  He also lacked paper work, and had to clarify the language in the contract he revised and requested.  Pay attention to detail and know the process well.

There is nothing else to say but good.  Working with him was really fun, so I always go back to him and look for other topics.  If you're looking for a real estate agent represented by Alan, I'd recommend it!

Initially, it was called Alan Nothumson in private equity and real estate investment. We have made several transactions and recently completed large lease and business transactions. The latter took a long time on the landlord's side, with many hurdles, Alan efficiently and professionally navigated these obstacles and continued to the end with a successful conclusion. I recommend Alan for real estate transactions.  He is fair, thorough, sensitive, and very "21st Century". My partner and I were the first buyers of the house and were deceived by the owner in front of the house. My former owners completed the bathroom master renovation a few months before selling our house. The bathroom was renovated without the permission of the town and was not inspected. The seller told the sales contract that it had obtained approval and postponed the municipal inspection. We also conducted a test before buying a house that did not detect any defects. The water in the bathtub penetrates and leaks from the kitchen ceiling below it. This made the toilet unusable and it cost $8,200 and was reconditioned. So I brought a lawsuit against the previous owner in a small court of claims in Delaware County. I contacted Alan through a friend from a real estate company in Center City. My real estate agent friend strongly recommended Alan. Allan took the case, and spoke briefly. Alan was very familiar with the PA Act, the Real Estate Act and the legal process. He was a very expert, agile, kind, and very good at meeting his expectations. Allan said that the fees were very low compared with the other lawyers I had contacted. All of these were important to my partner. I was neither prosecuted in court nor part of a legal matter. Alan won our lawsuit on our behalf and raised $6,200. Using the award and some of my funds, I resumed the bath and returned to functional condition. A few months later, Alan made a false loan claim with his former acquaintance. The plaintiff's appeal was not brought to court for his merits. Allan was ready and had a legal strategy to easily win our case. We are very satisfied with Alan and if another legal problem arises, Alan will call you first. I strongly recommend Alan.

Alain Nokumson is just the lawyer you want to be in dealing with the confusion of property taxes that Philly has created. Not only does Philly increase the property tax and give special affection to the homeowners, but she also complies with the recently established law of law and complains about confusing the homeowners and mandates high monthly mortgage payments. For me it would have been no different except that Alan Nokumson had a good lawyer. Thanks to Allan, I will appeal on time, continue to pay taxes until I hear the suit, and basically get breathing space and peace of mind while the city acts together.
