John Kocher and Eric Pearson grew up together at Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and they also walked together at law schools. We share the initiative and passion for mutual understanding and trust and delivering the best quality of service to our customers. After John graduated with him from high school, he studied at Skidmore University and Eric attended Delaware University. However, in 1994 they met again at the Graduate School of Law at Widener University. Eric and John have been practicing together since they graduated from law school. In 2011, John and Eric established the Pearson Culture Law in the Persadulfia and provided services to certain types of clients. People were injured in their work. Pearson Kocher has 50 years of experience dealing with employee compensation only and finding research, negotiation, litigation, and results for customers when most necessary. The Pearson Kocher Act continues to work for wounded workers in both Philadelphia, Lehhai Valley and New Jersey.

Eric Pearson represented me in the compensation case of my workers. I hardly trusted the suit. I just wanted to pay my medical expenses. After an accident at work, my colleague called me Eric. I became very concerned about the cumulative medical expenses. My colleagues have a hard time talking to me and taking care of them. I was nervous because I had never had to ask for legal advice. I contacted Eric and was impressed by the first meeting.
