As a manager who explored many venture companies, including real estate, I worked with many lawyers. If I were somewhat satisfied with the level of service I received, I would certainly lie. My friend and Jason Rabinovic and Tommy Flynn recently made two real estate deals, and they only have positive reactions.  In the future, we will acquire additional real estate and consider Jason and Tommy's partners.  They are very fast, comprehensive and insightful.

To explain more, the email we sent was answered in about an hour and the contract was reviewed within a day.  We received customized feedback on purchase agreements, construction contracts, leases, and LLC operating contracts, including many direct and long-term impacts on various terms and conditions.  After reviewing and signing the settlement statement, Jason and Tommy gave us a list of the next steps (beyond legal diligence) to effectively own and manage our investment assets.

I worked with my lawyer.  Jason and Tommy have become comprehensive and reliable advisors and have raised the bar, so I want to work with them again soon!

Jason looked forward to working with him on the closure of his new house. Since I signed the first contract with him, it was two years before the new house was completed. As I reached out, Jason got a lot better response to our emails in hours, sometimes minutes. He was very useful in guiding us and very elaborate in explaining the process to us. First of all, I'm saying there's nothing urgent in the legal system in Philadelphia, but it was worth waiting for this company to win my case.  They kept in touch with me and made sure I was in touch. Jason worked with us when he found it difficult to manipulate the water of a real estate landlord and a tenant. I've never written a review, but I'm afraid of interacting with this law firm. I asked for help in the real estate business and the next day I was called to T. Flynn. I explained the situation to him and asked him how much he actually practiced, because he actually sounds young on the phone. At this point, Mr. Flynn became very defensive, both Jason Rabinovic were very young, and asked me if it was a problem for me. I said that their age was not interested in me, rather their experience and the length of practice, and asked them how much time T. Flynn actually spent nine years. When I told them that there was no problem, Mr. Flynn told me that I had heard of them, "It's already hard to work together, so they don't want to help me or represent me." It seems to be like a difficult customer to ask their experience to this company, and as Mr. Flynn said, they are free to choose who to work with...... just before he hung up
