After Harris Rosen died, his mother ordered him to deal with him. It was not a complex portfolio, but Harris managed to bring it out for four years. First, it took me two years to get the money on my apartment sale. Four years to pay inheritance tax. Until three months ago, I had a non-payment letter sent by the tax division.
