Founder and owner, Brian M. Fishman, was an assistant local prosecutor in Philadelphia from 2001 to 2005. During that time, he had a unique opportunity to conduct hundreds of trials, including more than 20 jury trials. Mr. Fishman resigned from the Prosecutor's Office in 2005 and joined his private company. For the next eight years, Fishman has used his trial skills to protect the rights of crimes and injured from the negligence of others. In late 2013, Brian M. Fishman established Fishman Farm, LLC in hopes of continuing to provide excellent legal representation to customers in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Region.

I have practiced criminal law throughout my life in Philadelphia and other counties around the country. I studied psychology at Cornell University in 1996. Graduated from Temple Law School in 2001. At the Temple Law, I was an authoritative editor of Temple Law Review. After the law school, I was sworn as an assistant prosecutor of the Philadelphia District Attorney's office. I worked for four years and conducted countless trials including more than 20 jury trials. In 2005, I quit the District Attorney's office to protect those accused of criminal offenses. In 2013, I founded Fishman Form, LLC. Fishman Furm, LLC is in the center of Philadelphia. My company is dedicated to protecting the rights of those who are charged with crimes and injured by the negligence of others.

Last week, Brian, who received a false criminal charge against me in Philadelphia, represented me. From the moment they spoke to testify, the two plaintiffs wrote a false story lying doubtfully in court. At one point, Brian wanted to present evidence to the plaintiff that the judge did not approve...Brian tried to cite a court law that allows him to see and hear the evidence. The judge actually told the deputy that Brian would not come back, so he ordered Brian to be removed and arrested from his room. This is a lawyer you can get when you hire Brian. He is keen on defense, and obviously smarter than "opponent." I don't think I need a detective lawyer again in my life, but...... Call him right now. He is the best. S -
