What can you say about a lawyer who calls his name from the yellow page and tries to extort money? Now I understand why a tiger eats its children. The fifth graders were able to find the right parties to the suit and get the right addresses. What I can say is that the spelling of the last name is the same and that they live in the same country. However, only the number of hoses and grenades is counted.
Why did you send this letter to me? Why do you think I agree with the decision that you are asking for? Racist against Canadians in France? There are only thousands of people with the same last name, and I think of someone close to the person I want (unrelated, another sounding person).
Perhaps the better question is this: Who do you want to hire for legal advice that can't use Google? Or, in contrast to SRFG (Some Random @#$k Guy), there is a lack of basic resources to deal with the real defendant.
Please. To buy anything other than a hat-rack, use a three-foot lump on your pocket. If this is a fraud, I am ashamed to execute such a poor man. If not, you might want to sell aluminum siding or fast-food, a rewarding career.
