As founder and chairman of the plaintiff's personal casualty lab group, O'Brien spends 100% of his professional time representing the most devastating and disastrous victims in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has experience in handling cases in a wide range of areas, including product responsibility, industrial accidents, site responsibility accidents, construction site accidents, sports recreation accidents, automobiles, truck accidents, and dog attacks. Dan has been helping injured victims for 30 years, but has been named "Pennsylvania Super Alcohol" several times to be selected for his colleagues' research.
