Many in Lehigh Valley, Bucks still waiting for power to be restored after heavy rain, winds
At last check, more than 1400 PPL Electric customers in Lehigh and Northampton counties were waiting for the power to come back on. Many people across the Lehigh Valley, Berks County, and Lehigh and Northampton counties are still without power due to days of heavy wind and rain. Over 1400 PPL Electric customers in Lehigh, Northampton and Bucks counties are waiting for power to be restored, with another 1600 in Bucks County also without electricity. Over 300 Met-Ed customers in Berks County are also waiting for restored power.
