Instead of having a good excuse for fans, Johnson took it upon himself to take a shot at the city’s beloved football team, the Philadelphia Eagles, which did not sit well with any of the fans. The Philadelphia Eagles had a significant collapse after leading the league with a 10-1 record at the end of the season, only winning one game that year. The team was defeated in the Wild Card round in Tampa Bay. Despite this, Hurts remains optimistic about the upcoming season, stating that he will learn from everything and be the best he can be.

The Eagles suffered a massive collapse after being the best team in the league through Week 12, amounting to a 10-1 record. However, after their loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 13, the team was only able to get one win the rest of the season and was blown out in the Wild Card round in Tampa Bay.
Several problems need to be addressed with Philadelphia, including Hurts, who seems to be in good spirits heading into next season.
