I'm not a lawyer and I can't advise on any other case, but let's talk about my experience.

In my case, after being rejected, I went to Eric A. Shore's law firm. The staff were quick and knowledgeable. A month or so later, I got involved with the case I was working on. She was easy to phone and email. In my case, social security took a long time to submit my claim, and the financial problems resulted in a "disastrous need".

After a good decision, the law firm paid 25% tax and $32 for the document.

The only thing I did not like about the proceedings of my lawyer was the court proceedings. Because the law firm was physically not in my area, it was used by a third-party lawyer. Eric A Shore's law firm collected data, submitted documents and transferred them to third party lawyers.

This third person (I'm sorry) met for the first time on the trial, reviewed the information 15 minutes ago and represented me. Her figure was $1,000 a month (up to payment). She was not confident in me and had no good relationship.

I advised the person who uses (or intends to use) Eric Shore, and sent me the letters I needed for my instructions by hand from my mailbox. We also conduct surveys with third-party lawyers (if you have) to check information with each other. There is an office that will be your representative, but the best thing about that case is to spend your time and effort. Build personal relationships with case workers. Make sure that your doctor's notes are on the same page as your notes.

This will help those who need to have a nightmare for the process.

Best,
Christie

Despite the positive results, it is not clear what they did. There was no discussion of the strategy or mechanism. He received the same documents as those he had submitted in the event of a disability, and along with his lawyer, he was said to be a sentence during the entire hearing.
Now I'm trying to call them up to give them the money, not to answer the phone. No matter where I call, Elizabeth comes out. When you call to pay your bill, "Bookkeeper" will appear in your voice mail and tell you that you will get a call within 48 hours. Wow, really? When I believed that I was just a company employee, I really thought that I was dealing with a lawyer. (By the way, when I first called the lawyer and left it, I got a call back in less than 10 minutes.)
I just received a reply to my review...Three years later. I knew it was a tatcart. You answered all reviews on the same day and I read all. One is that communication is important, but I have never received a phone call for my case and no one has returned the phone. The other is a little delusion about people coming to yell to "complain". More than 1/2 my rating is five stars worth giving five stars. Second, he replied, "You can tell the truth." Those who have never met or spoken to someone who "represents" me on the day of the hearing were not so encouraging as to say that the case was very weak. But I won. In the first review, I was very honest. for everything happened exactly as it was. If you don't know why you want to delete it, I'm sorry, this is my experience and the purpose of Yelp's design.

Eric Shore's office gave me the fastest answer I've ever received when I started looking for help with social security issues.

From another point of view, Eric Shore will always talk to his lawyer when he deals with my case, depending on whether there is a "local" office.  In the document I received, Eric Shore's name & is included. The people I was dealing with, including those in finance, were "case workers" according to email.

I was worried about how often my files are reassigned without warning or notification. I was advised that I will be updated every month, and I was promised to do so, but I always started contacting you. "Your case worker is now ______."  The message I left was rarely replied, and the last case worker received an email asking for a "fast forward" (or receive) service.  Obviously, this is not intended to address questions or explanations regarding information through voluntary communication or email.

For me, the most important information and explanation is how to handle cases outside of the office.  After all, when Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) was decided, he learned that local lawyers who "know" the judge would be appointed.

The worst part of this process is that I knew who ALJ was, that is, four months before the hearing, but I didn't know my lawyer until two weeks before the hearing. At that time, I began to express my "worked" concern with Eric Shore's office about the lack of information that my representative attorney would be able to gather anytime during the 18 months.  I saw a doctor two days before I could hear.

I think my case has ended.
Yes, I got good results, but even the judge didn't know why my case had to go to the hearing.  So, like me, I'm tracking a lot of work and documentation, and I'm sure my files are well organized with the latest medical information, so I don't think this organization can handle cases outside of business.

I don't recommend Eric A Shore's law firm

We sent a lot of surveys to fill out. Even after I returned the documents, I kept sending letters and calls several times, and if I didn't get a reply within a certain time, I dropped it and called me.

Every time I ask a question, everything is in your custody, and usually three or ten days ago I talk to my lawyer.
Nothing happened.

I have never spoken to the lawyer they assigned to me until the date of the interview. He was not ready, so we could only speak for two minutes. where other cases had been taken care of, and we all had been taken care of in a short time.

I spoke little to the judge. I was depressed because I was able to submit my own medical records and didn't rely on the help of the case, so I felt that I didn't need their help. For me, the right thing is to check on line and find articles that can help you.

As a client, I felt I was deceived and robbed by their offices. Don't trust me at the risk of my life!

after being turned down twice by social security. I went to the Internet for help. Thus I found my lawyer Eric Shore. Good! I was about to give up. I am very satisfied from beginning to end. No stress! I gave them all the medical documents I had, and the rest they did.  They kept me up to date. I thought that it would last forever.  To my surprise, it took only a few months. It was very early.  Thank you very much. Anyone who doesn't want to feel stress from documents, appeals, and people running around here and there is a good idea.  This is the one to call. Thank you! !

When I got sick and couldn't work, I realized I needed a lawyer. Eric Shore's law firm was recommended by his family friends. I contacted them, but I was no happier than that. I don't know why bad reputation is here, but I never had a problem with them. They reacted very quickly and I continued to take a step in the middle. They helped me with the case of my disability and did everything I needed to approve me. He recommended her sister with many health problems, and now they are working with her for her disabled. Anyone who needs a good social security lawyer is recommended!

My travel trip started in August 2013. I'm a city employee in New York City, and before that I was in charge of a freight company...... Summary  22 years of employment After the disability application, I was rejected...... It seems customary for me to contact Eric A's law firm. Alicia Kinchloe, his office through Shore Elizabeth, is honest...Assignment Length...But they were confident of success, and in January 2016, they received the notice "Fully Office" and started winning SSDI. Mr. Shore and his office show high professionalism and politeness...... I appreciate your help. Thank you.

I'm not sure why a man from California is writing a comment about this Philly Office. (He may be a little confused.)  I worked with the people at the Philly office  for years  I've never met such a thoughtful person.  More importantly, they are warriors.  Dennis G. It was my sister and one of my childhood friends  I got my sister's just reward and made a lot of peace with my friends!  If you have a personal injury case, ask Dennis.

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife. She is now a customer in the injury department. Because of the car accident, I didn't know who I should call or what I should do, and as an employee, I felt like I was taking care of her.  Dennis Gruenke  He is a truly wonderful person and a great lawyer, who has always answered questions, asked multiple doctors, and put wife's health first. I intend to recommend someone or a friend of my family who needs help to both social and personal injury.

I wish I could place a star with a "0"! Eric Shore is certainly a fraud! ! The son's father was considered to have been disabled by several doctors more than three years ago. We started the process of applying, rejecting, and reviewing, but now we are in the Hearing Department. It is called social security and is said to hold hearings within the next few months. Great! Eric Shore's office called this morning and said there was not enough evidence to prove the fault! !!Wow! Are you kidding me? !!! Getting in a car and running on the street! !!!! Why do you work! Well, I think it would have been better to choose another lawyer from a review of this lawyer on Google...But he chose Eric Sua, and in the last moment he was told he could not represent! Now I have to start over with another lawyer, but this time it's a crisis! Thank you for replying all of our calls for the past year (not). Thank you for communicating with us (not). Thank you for representing him and putting us in this situation! After choosing Eric Shore, I did...

I was told on my first phone that Eric Shore's lawyer would send papers on his behalf...And after the papers...Nothing! Over a year! ! Nothing! ! Phone or email...There are no phone calls answered. Call multiple numbers, put them on hold for an hour, and ask them to leave a message because they are busy. Leave a message and don't call me back...Leave another message...There's no call back yet! Leave 5 messages in a day...There's no return call yet! !!! I called the number again and pressed the "New Case" option to connect immediately. But those who receive your information and send it by email are different from those who handle the case...Don't work in the same office! ! You will not be able to provide contact information for this law office, but you will be able to contact your voice mail. Really? So I started using Google...For some reason EVERYWHERE negative feedback except Facebook...Then review the previously deleted feedback. There were more than 50 reviews in the past, and currently there are 17 reviews. So what's going on? !

... ... So, after all, I think I'm happy to find another lawyer...He didn't do anything for us, so he's just stuck on a string for over a year! !! Now I find a good reputation...... ... The person who returns the phone will provide the phone number of the contact...Professional...This is absolutely! !! Beware...Disability scam lawyers are everywhere! !!!
