Baggia and Associates was the second attempt to secure a green card for their husband. The first lawyer we used was recommended to us, had more than 30 years of experience, we thought we were good people, so we failed. The first lawyer told me that there was a severe complaint, and I was most likely not to get the first approval, and that USCIS wanted to get the approval when seeking more details. When it happened and USCIS asked for more information to support our case, the first lawyer gave us no guidance. He really didn't know to give him any other information to win our case. I thought on my own to come up with more materials. I'm not a lawyer at the Immigration Bureau, so I really didn't know what to give, but our lawyer didn't tell me how to do it better by saying it was okay. Unfortunately, this waiver was rejected (not so surprising). My husband and I were at a loss whether to start over again with this lawyer, another lawyer, or give up. The lawyer wanted us to try again with him. I thought it was not good to use this lawyer, but I wanted to see if someone could do it better. Or is our case really hard to win? They talked over the phone with two other lawyers, but they said our case was difficult, and they said that the lawyer would do as much as possible and they could not do any more. I was uneasy. My husband's friend told me about Jay Bagia. He won the game with the utmost ease and said that they needed little work. So, we decided to get a consultation from Jay. Our consultation took more than an hour, very detailed, and a long time than two phone calls with previous lawyers and other lawyers. It sold only. He told us that their success rate was 98% and that the previous lawyer's success rate was 90%. All the Baguia team dealt with our case in a very different way from the previous lawyer. Our work was less. This case was said to be the most difficult, but I was not sure it was impossible, but I was sure it would be approved. The waiver was approved based on what was made to USCIS. They didn't ask us for additional information. My husband and I were shocked because we were not asked to submit more information. The law team was the same. Wow! We met Jay for the first time in September 2015. A written application was submitted at the end of January 2016, and on December 5 my husband returned with a visa across the border. I appreciate the wonderful work of Jay, Kristen and Chris. We'll introduce you to someone you can do! I don't trust the Immigration except Baggia and Associates!
